Background
Fifteen years in the room where it gets complicated.
I bring extensive experience in business development, key account management and complex outsourcing projects across the semiconductor, automotive and manufacturing industries. My background includes building a European semiconductor business from the ground up, developing regional sales organisations and managing international customer and service-provider interfaces. Most recently, I supported an SME in preparing its market entry into the United States. This experience shapes how I work today: connecting commercial, operational and technical perspectives to turn complexity into clear decisions and practical action.
I work independently by design. I start by talking to both sides of the interface — not just the person who called me. Most challenges look different from the other side. I map where the friction actually originates before recommending anything.
Build a clear decision path
I structure the options, clarify what's at stake, and make the decision space navigable. I've negotiated complex contracts using the Harvard win/win framework — I know how to get to yes without burning the relationship.

I do not stop at strategy slides. My work is built for real implementation — aligning stakeholders, tracking progress, clarifying responsibilities, and adjusting the approach when reality moves differently than the plan.

I've been on both sides
I've developed outsourcing offers as a provider and guided clients through outsourcing decisions as an advisor. I've been the service company trying to win the contract, and the consultant helping the buyer choose. That dual perspective is rare — and it matters.

I was nominated "Value Driver" at Leadec for leading a top management team on new automation technologies. I was SCRUM Master for an agile service portfolio roadmap. I move fast, I adapt, and I don't hide behind methodology when the situation calls for direct action.
